Concession Agreement Negotiations, Transaction (Financial) Structuring & Execution, Procurement of Infrastructure Projects through Public-Private Partnership and EPC in accordance with best engineering practices under FIDIC laws.

His other ongoing engagements include PPP & EPC-Project Infrastructure Advisor/Consultant with Planning and Development Department, Government of Punjab – Pakistan and his prior engagements include working with renowned organizations e.g. MMP (Pvt)Ltd JV firm of Mott MacDonald-UK, Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab-Pakistan, SINACO ENGINEERS (Pvt) Limited, National Highway Authority, Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan and Bayindir Construction-Turkish Multinational Contractor engaged on Islamabad-Peshawer-Motorway-M-I Project.

Mr. Moin has also teaching experience as visiting faculty with London Waltham College – UK, Institute of Business Management-University of Engineering & Technology – Pakistan and Lahore Business School-University of Lahore – Pakistan at the higher education level.

He graduated from Herriot-Watt University Edinburgh Business School-UK and MSc International Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire (UK) in addition to a bachelor in Civil-Engineering (BSc-Civil) from University of Engineering & Technology Lahore, Pakistan. He is also a member of the Pakistan Engineering Council, Institute of Civil Engineers and Member Institute of Highways & Transportations, UK.
